Hey, Robertson just said that it would be much cheaper and save American lives if the US just went and covertly assasinated whoever leaders they don't like, instead of massive illegal dangerous miltary invasions... THIS IS ONE THE MOST COMMONSENSE THINGS ROBERTSON HAS SAID IN YEARS!!!... :\ohwell:

sure, there are some MAJOR issues about questionable morals here to say the least... but this comment is still more lucid than his comment a few weeks ago that every christian should prey that god should kill one or two supreme court justices early so that Bush could appoint some guys that Robertson likes...

what if the germans don't bore them to death, they'll never get thru my lot cos they'll be in the midst of slaughtering each other for God and Ulster/Ireland.

PS, we do a great line in the unevolved Xtian Fundie here too. Ours are ALL prods for some reason, there's even some ultramental turbo-prod sect here that think (and I shite you not) they are the "lost 13th tribe of isreal"....yeah cos a bunch of pale blue red haired morons are OBVIOUSLY from the middle east.....tho they have the level of intelligence required to live out there: "hey screw science and learning, God's a FAR better excuse to kill people, cos all that science stuff can be sorted out by the satan's evil means.....experiment and PROOF!!!! PRAISE THE LORD AND PASS ME THE NAPALM!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

but american intervention in latin american politics is a tradition and we must honour this fine and long-standing tradition, blue.

not to mention that venezuela is so close to the ABC islands and trinidad. if chavez supports the spread of islamic fundamentalism, it might spread to these caribbean islands and then, my god, think of all the cruises that will have to be cancelled!

and i have my mobil speedpass, anyway.
