it's same as Liverpool - Everton, they say more Blue fans live in Liverpool than Red fans?

couldn't comment on that one.

but whenever i've been to Manchester there are more City shirts than United shirts on peoples backs

stockport, hah! whereas united fans all come from Salford(which last time I checked was a different city!) or trafford. If they come from this country that is.

just messing :D don't need a bloody advertising campaign anyway- no one is willingly a city fan, you're just born into it.

It will be interesting to see how many Man Utd fans ( and i use that term in the broadest way ) become Chelsea fans. Stamford Bridge is closer for one !.

United's attendances should tell the story .

So we're fickle bastards then are we? I remember during the summer a certain midfielder was hung drawn and quartered then became a hero in the space of days against TNS. I remember also rumblings of dis content at the beginning of last season towards Rafa and Fergie is also getting it now. I'd say most football fans were fickle especially when their team isn't performing. There is no point in sacking Moyes at this stage I'm sure your "mate" would realise that.
