The Antartic (not a country, per se, but a mate lived there for six months and it sounds like nowhere on earth).
Oh, and I'd love to visit Easter Island.

Well it's not too late you know. Go follow your dream to visit those countries.
I'd really like to go to Japan one day in the future. There's a lot of Asia I'd like to see.

I must say I still have confidence issue to visit a country where I don't understand any of the signs and what people are saying...
But obviously, it's a non-issue most of the time ;)

Well I am currently living in Copenhagen (until December 22), and plan to travel around to see museums, the Northern Lights, etc. I'm working on a big research project on the Danish painter Vilhelm Hammershøi, along with several smaller projects on other 19th century Scandinavian artists. But I want to have a lot of fun, too. Which part of Sweden are you from?

I believe North Korea is quite a tough one. I knew someone who'd been on holiday there, but he was a citizen of the PRC. And there was a guy who featured on the TV news who'd spent time there, but that was 'cos he strayed over the Chinese border by accident and got arrested.

Was he working for the British Antarctic Survey?
I knew someone who worked at one pole or other (can't remember which now, but it was at an observatory) and they used to race each other round the world - it was only a few hundred meters at that latitude.
