After my brief dalliance with the morgue that is Sainsburys i can confirm i prefer Tescos CD/DVD section.Quite a selection they do have.

yes i'd agree with that on a whole, but my local Asda has a pretty good a-z selection and more than one choice in each letter group, so not too bad but as for the deals tesco's wins
is it a given by everybody that tesco's is the best supermarket chain in the UK?

The Supermarkets around here don't carry DVDs or CDs. I remember the Acme used to carry videos when I was a kid, but they stopped doing it. Then again, the movies you'd be likely to find there would be something along the lines of Police Acadamy 3 and Meat Balls part 4.
