I'm up for it - but I need cast iron promises that I won't be the only one looking like a failed applicant for an "ACR - Stars in their Eyes" special, OK?
Not a fcuking chance! It'll be interesting if all the other mad buggers stick to this mad rule.
i only wear mini-skirts (not micro-minis, mind you!), not shorts. i find them more comfortable. i can't wear them to work, but at the weekends i sometimes do the mini-skirt thing.
Would wear 'em if I was over there, don't think the fall is any worse over there than it is here as far as being wet and cold.

Well there's nothing left for me but to wear my disco shorts, albeit I won't be there, so this thread is sort of mean to me

I wear shorts, and yes I do have quite nice legs, even if i say so myself. well i've had comments.

Er, why did this thread get moved? It wasn't a query about whether people liked shorts per se, but one more specifically about whether people are gonna wear shorts to the gigs next month.....
London is about 40 degrees today. Shorts would be very much 'in order' (geddit?).
Indeed, why has this been moved?! Thought this was about shorts for New Order gigs?!

Oh, you'd have to ask someone older than me....
I reckon that it's something to do with the Confusion vid - Barney starts a trend by wearing his shorts. So the fans are now paying homage to Barney's legs. But I could be completely wrong.

I only wear shorts on special occasions where I'm required to look extra sexy, like funerals.
I don't wear shorts at all, even when it's 100 degrees in the summer in Philadelphia. People think I'm nuts when I wear a pair of black khakis.
