Oh yeah... How could I forget "House of 1000 corpses"? OK I certainly forgot it because I erased it totally from my memory.
"Vampires" and "Spaceballs" are OK for me.
And there's one movie with my favourite old boy David McCallum. I try to collect stuff he made for some years now. I found some hilarious bad stuff... The winner is a film called: "King Solomon's treasure" (bad bad bad)
If you ever plan a trash-film-night this should be the featured movie.

loads of us went along to the Pictures in great anticipation. we filled the back row. after 10 mins or so, our kid (who's never even seen E.T by the way) walked out, shaking his head. when jar jar appeared and started talkin shit, i left too. we went the bowling alley, had a few games and a few beers, and then the rest of the mob came in to the bowling after the film. because of that jar jar experience, i didn't bother with the next two films.

Me too. I actually think it's a beautiful movie and one of the best movies of the decade.
"Dude, where's my car?" is probably the stupidest movie I have ever seen.
BTW, The Matrix was an awesome movie, I can't believe Bere you put that on your list. I'm not saying 2 and 3 were the same level, but it's one of the few movies that blew me away in the last few years.

The first Matrix was excellent(aside from Carrie-Anne Moss in leather) and the second wasn't bad, although not as good. Never saw the last because I heard that there wasn't enough of Trinity and Neo in it (and who cares about the characters introduced in the second one, anyway?).
I think some of the stupidest films I've had to sit through were "chic flicks." Especially those staring Julia Roberts. One summer, I think she had 2 of her movies in the theaters and I had to sit through both out of some sick punishment because I had my sister watch the Sixth Sense and the first Blair Witch Project. Quite frankly, I'd rather sit through a B-movie marathon or Friday the 13th marathon than watch 2 Julia Roberts movies.

really?? only eternal sunshine is worthwhile. Truman Show has to be the most annoying, and man on the moon was poorly done i thought.

No honest... Special effects alone do not make a good movie. The idea was nice, but there were a lot of movies before and after that were a lot better than "Matrix".
The Batman movie with George Clooney has irritated the hell out of me for a long time (couldn't be bothered to see it in the cinema, it's bad enough trying to get through 15 minutes of that when it's on TV)
Most Jim Carrey movies, the only two I care for are Eternal Sunshine and Man On The Moon, thought he did Andy quite well.
Most Adam Sandler movies, though Waterboy is a bit of a guilty pleasure, it's the others in the movie that I enjoy the most.
Garden State left me nonplussed at the end, didn't think it was particularly original or insightful.
i've seen a lot of stupid movies like glitter and honey. But, none more stoopid than...ok...i admit it, i rented 'gigli'!!! :barf: although, j lo was a looker!!!

The only good part of that movie is the Smashing Pumpkins songs on the soundtrack.

Land of the Dead was pretty rancid, so was Spiderman 2, though we only saw that because Farenheight 9/11 was sold out at the time.

the matrix actually provides a good explanation of hinduism. a friend of mine who is a devout hindu brought this up, and i used it to simplify the idea of moksha to my students when i taught world religions.
Anything starring Burt Reynolds post-Smokey and The Bandit...
Come to think of it, include Burt Reynolds movies pre-Smokey and you've got just about the worst career in film history :p
