Pity it took them until this year to get it.
And From Hell.
I thought "the Phantom" was a pleasant enough film, but what I'm waiting for at the moment is the adaptation of "V for vendetta" I think its due out in March 2006.
Sin City for mine.
Alan Moore's 'The Watchmen' is another to look out for if they ever agree on a script. It's been in the works for years.

XMen, Constantine, Daredevil (very underrated!) and Supes 2; in that order.
I was blown away at how well they managed to pull together the staggering complexity of XMen history- Hugh Jackman is perfect as Wolvie; as is Patrick Stewart as Prof. X and most of the rest of the cast were spot on as well.
Spawn was the worst, with Hulk a close 2nd worst.
Let's just hope they keep involving the creators and people who care about the characters, then most of the horrors of 70's / 80's comic adaptations will stay avoided!

as for my picks i'd go X-men 2 over batman/batman returns, then superman 2 as my faves
