Not paying too much attention to my PS2 to be honest.
The reason why I said yes when my wife wanted to buy one was to get Final Fantasy X, and that's the only game I've finished on it ;)
Hmmm... Didn't buy anything new for my PS2 recently... Time Splitters 2 Need for Speed Underground 2 Madden NFL 2005 rotating heavily there

As a freelance videogame journalist, I play a lot of these, go figure.
Shadow of the Colossus and Dragon Quest 8 on the PS 2 have both been brilliant. The latter includes the best cockney voice acting this side of Monty Python.
Rome Total War on the PC is my vote for most brilliant videogame of all time. Smart and thoughtful where it matters and simple and frenetic where it counts, it doesn't ever make you feel immature for playing it. A permanent resident on my lappie's HD.
i used to play unreal tournament a lot(years ago)and was well known in the tourney circles (sad eh). but id say my fave game of the moment is quake 4,played on the hardest setting it truly is a joy to play.

Only have a PC Windows: GPL (still, after 8 years, and it still looks better every year) GTR Richard Burns Rally (when it doesn't melt my ATI) MS Combat sim just got installed yesterday TALLY FUCKIN HO and thank God ot doesn't make you do all the tedious crap. postal 2....after a few hours on here, especially when lacy's about, it' a strangely therapeutic experience.
Linux: Darwinia (SUCH a game, wish I played it more but it can sucj HOURS far too fast) xmame, on the telly with a gamepad, pure 1942/pang/mario heaven. And many other console and aged machine emulators. And Linux itsef's a pretty good game, it's like a really tough adventure game, but there's always a good walkthrough to be read if you get lost. (Windows is like an arcade machine, you put 3 quid into it, and it kills you after 3 seconds and asks for more money)

Holding out for that PS3 this time next year...
since i grew up (last year), i decided against playing computer games, as i thought i may never leave the house if i got a PStation or whatever. aint got any of the new gadgets for that reason.
being from the Game"n"watch generation, I'd say give me the old arcade games anyday like Rygar the legendary warrior, SuperSprint, Galaga, wonderboy, Bubble Bobble, arkanoid et al.

On the PS2, I like to play DOA and World Rally Championship. On the PC I usually play Age of Empires...or Solitaire :)
