Is it just me or does every sporting activity after the age of 35 involve some sort of ache or pain?

this week I have a sore neck from tennis (from serving rather badly) and a sore calf from footy (from thinking I can still run fast)

i would have thought with my super healthy lifestyle I'd last longer than this?

:(

Does it hurt when you have sex too? :smoking:

A little curling wouldn't hurt anyone. That's my two cents for this topic. :)

ahhhhhh curling one of the finest stoner sports ever invented :D

You can always rely on our Maya to have a one track mind, a fookin dirt track :D I'm sure he wouldn't hurt as bad as mr sumner would after you bunch cornered him.

Steve, I think you meant "she" instead of "he." I didn't think my curling input would be distorted to your perversion, Mr. Campbell.:nonono:

Well I did mean that poor BA would be nowhere near as sore as Barney by the time a whole posse of Angels had had their wicked ways with him.

And, I could distort the Bible to my ends (no talent there I know, the churches have had that scam perfected for centuries) :D

Does you Ma know you talk to people like that? ;)

i believe you meant "excuse me, but what did you mean by that please" then again, round here that could be taken as pre-fight sarcasm....so maybe huh? is the best option.

A good sport for old people: finding the remote (it's never in the same place you left it!) :evil4:

Another good one: the 100-Yard Oatmeal Bathroom Relay (see who can make it to the head after a delicious bowl of Quaker Oatmeal loosens you up) :thumb:

I should write these ideas down, they are winners!

I'm 33, i haven't done any proper exercise for about 3 months!

I keep waking up with stiff necks, sore shoulders and stuff and not due to exercise. What's that all about?

I don't wanna be old...

Waaaaaaah

Do you think "Cocoon" could happen?

I shall be on my best behaviour on January 28th, not acting age or waistline at all!

No alcohol (shall be 28 days into a drive to lose 2 stone by the summer), no staying out all night (travelling back straight after the gig rather than staying overnight), no shite kebab from that place a couple doors down from the Old Monkey (which poisoned me in November). And I shall be sat down at the back rather than down the front.

Shite really, the band better be good!

Don't forget to hand your viking badges back to Al at the door then, so that someone worthy can wear them :D
