It'd be really nice if he stopped doing Disney soundtracks. Kids I've babysat for have driven me bonkers with his compositions. Makes me want to turn up The Bitch Is Back near their houses.

I wish Melly would fuck off. just into another room for 10 mins, long enough for meto read the last thing she posted, and successfully step away from the computer so I can get some sleep. It's not that everyone else isn't just as interesting, it's just that I've got this trained response mechanism, you know like with lab mice...Melly's name = reward (usually in the form of a pearl of daftness). She is by no means the only person,Jem and MICK and that scouse monkey kershaw would be others. but they are not gobshiting tonight :D

It's not just Elton but I've realized that once people stop doing drugs, the music starts sucking. Why? You would think the opposite would be true. Maybe the drugs have just killed too many brain cells which might explain my current condition.:)
i was way too young to do drugs in the 70s. ah i see what you mean. the artist started to suck when they stopped doing drugs. all i can say to quote loosely from somewhere, as one kind of music is at its peak, it invariably starts to move downward, and another kind of music takes its place. it is in a state of constant movement. so it follows that artists can only stay on top for a limited time before they begin to suck. This however is not true with the order. i wish the rest of the world would realize this fact.

I COULD have kept this to mysel, but honesty dictates I must say, that the first thing that popped into my head was "flower arranging with professor J H Gumby" You with knotted hanky on head...."first take some chrissss some hriznamumunnasnananu...some flowers....and arrange them in a vase " WHOMP.
