depends where you live in the UK.. currently the South is pretty desperate for anything other than Blair. House prices are just feckin crazy and we have no money, cos Tubya has evened it out..

They are yup... but houses cost 4x down South as opposed to North.. I know a lass in Sunderland who recently bought her 4 bed house for £72k, but in my borough you wouldn't pay less than £400k.

And the poor buggers on the set minimum wage down here, (i.e. same as up north) do not have a chance i suspect.

that's the market for you. supply and demand. although it would be a good case to start investing a bit more in the north.

Apparently it is rumoured to be suffering from severe subsidence. Sounds like we might end up with a ground not unlike the one at Yeovil, where the ball literally rolls downhill into the net unaided.

Bets are now on for it to be completed in time for the 2012 Olympics.
