believe me, they ain't creed! the guy from creed sings like he has had his tongue removed--even worse than eddie vedder (sorry there, jack!).
they may not be soundgarden, but chris cornell's got an amazing voice and he ages like fine wine. i didn't think i'd like them at first; i thought they were a rebirth of the grunge movement, which i had firmly put to bed in the mid-'90s. but they're actually quite good and have more substance than today's cookie-cutter 'gosh i'm earnest' post-grunge bands. like creed.

I saw them years ago when they were fighting Ticketmaster and to get a chance to buy tickets radio stations had call in contests.
They were soooooo worth the time my friend and I sent on the phone calling.

Good work, Jack! I saw Pearl Jam with Soundgarden and Ministry in '92. Now THAT was a concert. It's one thing to be a great band...it is another thing to be great in concert. PJ definietly sounds great live. You'll have an awesome time.

Sounds good man! I would love to be able to see Soundgarden, they're so good, don't think that's gonna happen though....Pearl Jam though! My favourite band in the world, I'm so excited I'm not gonna be able to wait till August...
Hopefully gonna get to another 2 shows on their proper European tour as well, and I still haven't given up hope on that Astoria gig!!! Fingers Crossed. :D
