Slightly concerned here, re: the evidence being given in the last few days in this trial, and the eagerness to make this guy eligible for the death penalty.
I'm not defending him at all, but he was imprisoned during 911, and surely playing tapes of the Washington plane crash voice recorder is a little over-emotive considering the guy wasn't there.
The US Government is naturally keen on retribution, but taking it out on this one guy is surely a case of 'after the horse has bolted'.
He wants to be made a martyr; Why give him the choice? Make him rot in prison is what i say.
