Did you see my major mitchell pictures?

Yeah, they're gorgeous. They had one of those in my local pet shop a few years ago. Really sweet natured. Thinking of getting another?

Would love to but finances don't really allow now. We wanted to breed them but the male attacked the female and broke her leg. She mended but we had to get rid of him because he had a bit of a nasty streak (apparently it can happen). We sold Molly back to the people at the bird shop - they have heaps of aviaries at their home so we knew she would be well looked after.

they are a noisy pest. :D

Alfie is being a real pain in the arse at the minute. I'm taking him to be clipped tomorrow, he's flying all over and i'm scared of having my doors open in summer. Thinking of getting him a budgie for company, but he might eat it!

true. very annoying in summer when you're trying to sleep in and they wake you at 5 am.
