The Streets Live, Webster Hall NYC

, i forgot how small that Webster Hall is! skinner & co. were very entertaining but the crowd was pretty boring and he kept trying to get them pumped up, they cheered loud, but nobody was dancing at all despite all of Mike Skinners efforts to get them too. he played with a Live Drummer, bass/Guitar Player & keyboards. played a good mix of all three albums with "fit but you know it" as the encore

some songs i remember them doing: Blinded by the lights weak beomes the Hero Dont mug yourself pranging out never went to church War of the Sexes All goes out the Window when you wasnt famouse lets push things foward Could well be in dry your eyes turn the page has it come to this? same old thing its too late

Little wonder the crowd were boring..... not many chavs over there in the States are there for whom this sort of stuff is targeted at ?

Do chavs dance? Aren't they too concerned that their trainers might get dirty?

Sure - my guess is that they stand rooted to the spot and make stupid meaningless hand gestures, as they do, if you get my drift.

The only time they'll need to lift their legs presumably and risk soiling their precious trainers is either when theyre marking their territory like the way dogs do, or, when they're stamping on the heads of their victims and kicking the shit out of them. Isn't that just about the only exercise chavs get up to anyway? ;)

Well, they DO that here in Macclesfield - how else do you explain all the piss stains on the streets and walls around the town centre, it's pretty rank in places! :dead:
