Toying with getting the Water Margin DVD set, absolutely loved this as a kid and must have seen the full series a couple of times but not for ages. Even got the book from the library and read it twice.

On the other hand Monkey Magic is easier to dip in and out of as there's less continuity and it's funnier.

Which one goes on for longer? Assume Monkey had, like, a million episodes and Water Margin was more concise, in which case I'd go for the latter.

I've got stacks of DVDs to get through, which I doubt I'll ever finish. Got the likes of GBH and Common As Muck on bootleg DVDs which I've yet to take a look at. Six Feet Under, 24, etc. Never seem to find the time! There's always something more concurrent to watch rather than wading back through rewatches of old shows.
