Another note: From watching it last night, it seemed to me that the brother (who had the camera) really hates his sister that he decided to keep the camera on and post the vid on the net. Now, I suspect that there will one heckuva brawl in the family.

Now, this may seem unlikely, but I have been thinking about this for some time, Commie...
Is it possible for the family or the sister to sue the brother for posting the video on the internet and not turning the camera off (if she did not give consent to the release)? Although it can't be defamation, since that's her real character, what foreshadows is that the family may come apart over this.
I'm not excusing her behavior, but is it possible? 
People sure put some crazy stuff on the internet. 
Well, it's true that you couldn't give me advice at this point, but I can see several angles of this situation.
It would be appropriate if the mother (whom I hope didn't enable this behavior) decided to punish the girl with this video posting. That I can quite understand.
On the other hand, when I was a freelance journalist and when someone says something along the lines of "off the record," we can't publish it...

Without actually looking any of this stuff up, I think that without a signed release, she could file a lawsuit against somebody-- the website, her brother, or both. The fact that he's her brother doesn't limit her rights. There was a case recently that established that a website can't be held responsible for content posted to it...Or did the case say the opposite? 
Anyway, I think if there's a website that encourages people to post content, and no release has been signed, the website as well as the poster could be sued. Just an educated guess, mind.
Plus, we don't know the entire story esp. when we're dealing with videos posted on the net...
Could it be possible that she planned the order of having a blue car in advance? Or that the father simply forgot?
Her reaction may not be mature. However, some people would be disappointed in situations like that.
For example, someone gets their hair dyed the wrong color when the customer made an appointment well in advance. Or someone gets the dress the wrong size...
