Well, that's what I meant. Just because Boston officialdom over-reacted to an advertising campaign doesn't mean that the guy can be deported. We still have laws in this country, I hope...
At a minimum, they COULD say it was disturbing the peace. Will he get kicked out, maybe not. But why put yourself in a position in which your residence is put in the opinion of a judge?
Even if nothing does happen, now all sorts of eyes will be watching him. My point is, if you have a green card, try not to rock the boat, or a wave might knock you out of it.
