Aren't they missing the big picture?

In the following news article, a German military instructor states “You are in the Bronx. A black van is stopping in front of you. Three African-Americans are getting out and they are insulting your mother in the worst ways. ... Act.”

Seems everyone is up in arms about the racism involved, which is understandable......but aren't they missing the big picture on this?

Military is suppose to be training for enviroments they believe they will be in...so why are they training to be in NYC all geared up?

i'm sure the german army envisions itself in the bronx soon.... we have enough firepower to take care of them without the help of the US army

And they'll take Poland in revenge, and we know the story from there.

Surely "three hammered Oirish-Seppos fall out of a van and begin shouting "ach yer ballix"........" would have been just as effective, and uses only scientifically valid racial sterotyping.

One should always train with the toughest possible enemy in mind.

sound like one of those low budget post apocolyptic movies from the 80's
