There's I can hardly hear the telly for people driving up and down outside my house, beeping their horns, singing and shouting.

The reason why is all in the first line there, English praise is always so condescending

I have praised England only the once and that was the 5-1 demolition of Germany......and that was only a friendly. When was the last time En-ger-land beat a decent team in a qualifier or final stage of a tournament?

We've done the French home and away in games that really matter :viking:

Nonsense, your praise for the Jocks is the complete antithesis of condescending, shirley, Shug.

And you're English.

Was there anyone left on the East Coast last night? I thought they'd all left en masse for Paris on Tuesday.

Needless to say there was zero beeping of horns or singing over here on the Westside (predictably). In fact the only time I've ever seen that round these parts was the night Celtic made it to the UEFA Cup Final.

I knew there was a match but I did not really know who had to play against who. The only thing I can say is thank you Scotland for your performance, my neighbors did not shag last night...

Well done to the Scots, you can't argue with top after 9 games, but still one of those bastard groups where it can go pear shaped. Would hate to see you lose out now.

Fabulous performance from Scotland. I thought McManus, Hartley and Brown in particular were outstanding. Cost me a few bob mind, had 7 results up and the only one that let me down was the French. :uhoh: That'll teach me.

While Big Feck can seemingly lay claim to being one of the jammiest managers ever, i still have an horrible feeling we're gonna end up 3rd with it being another heroic failure. :nonono:

I've learnt never to bet on a match that I'm actually attending and never on a team that I support...!

Still never win mind you...!
