I can say - easy to pretend once it is explaned, that I almost got the message. I do not know Buster Gonad, or maybe forgot him. I remember Viz with Spoilt Bastard, Biffa Bacon, the Fat Slags, the other one with his amazing underwear and Farmer Palmer and his motto "Get orf moy laaand".

Now, step 2 of understanding this thread is to find a picture of Buster Gonad.
