Dilemma.

Downloaded No Country for Old Men...All set for watching it on Sat night as Mrs T is going out.

Then she tells me tonight that she has booked tickets for our local flicks to see this next week.

Can I afford to wait any longer ???

Just watching Disturbia now, about two thirds through. Okay its a remake of Rear Window, but its rather good.

Watched that Sat Night but couldn't wait for download to complete so got it from BLockBusters which is owned by a member of the SWEET!Enjoyed this but doubt BRF will.

I'm downloading a shitload of stuff since Al tipped me off about Utorrent.It's much faster than Limewire,in fact it's ace! So far,I've got films 'Elizabeth-The Golden Age' and 'This is England down.' Going to watch Elizabeth first.. Downloading 'Destiny of the Daleks'-DR Who. First 2 seasons of'The Wire' First season of 'Prison Break' stuff I've not seen but can get into at me leeshure,it's ace!Unlike 'No country for Old men'which is not ace at all,especially the ending.

And all the films with Christopher Walken in I can find..Torrents are ace! Laptop memory will be full soon at this rate,mind!

The problem is that HK is not as marketable in the box office. He does better work in independent and foreign/art films such as Reservoir Dogs, Ulysses' Gaze, and of course, Bad Lieutenant.

Finally got round to seeing No Country For Old Men , aye, at erm 6 o'clcok this morning.As others mentioned what a great villain yer man Chighurh is.Loved the evocation of wide open desert landscape 1980 West Texas.

What gives me a headache are the male actor nominees. I don't know who to vote for this year in our annual OSCAR-lottery. Daniel Day-Lewis or Johnny Depp? Or will it be Viggo or George? Aaaarrrghh... What do you think?

i saw there will be blood today. what a magnificent performance by all. paul dano was creepy in a children of the corn sort of way, i thought. and the kid was terrific.

the only thing that bothered me was jack palance's voice coming from DDL (i've heard john huston mentioned quite a bit, but all i could hear was palance).
