Tonights viewing...

There are 2 films on tonight at 9.30:

Matchpoint - tennis instructor having an affair with his sister in law

and

Man on Fire - alcoholic ex copper bodyguard whose clients daughter is kidnapped.

Which is best? Quite fancy both and don't have the means to record. Can anybody recommend one of them?

Dunno, I'm watching a train cab ride from Stranrar to Glasgow, much more interesting than a load of gibbering septics.

I started watching Match Point but it's shit so I'm going to bed.

I found Single White Female on Living so I'm watching that, seen it hundreds of times, but I like it.

I watched 'Rise of the footsoldier' Goodfellas comes to Essex,last night on DVD,cos I like that sort of thing..

Did'nt know 'Man on Fire' was on telly or I would have watched that.Never seen it before,but Christopher Walken is in it apparently.. I think he is brilliant in everything I've seen him in.Missed that.Curses:\ohwell:

One of the lads is bringing 'No country for Old Men' in for our nightshift tonight,so hoping to get tore in and finish early,feet up and watch that for the last couple of hours down Mordor..Hopefully,anyway.If not he'll let me borrow it, and watch it at me leeshure..

I also bought the old 300 Spartans film for 2 quid on DVD.Saw it many years ago,and fancy watching it again.I thought the new 300 was a bit daft.

Had a bit of a spree buying DVDs actually,and bought all the Harry Potters 1-5 cos the kids wanted them,even though their Nana took then to the flicks to see them,and I think they've even seen them ,or a couple of them on Sky aswell..I've never seen them but the eldest reckons I'd like them aswell..Anyone seen them? Any good for the mams and dads?Or just for kids or what? Never really fancied them,but the young un wants me to sit down and watch them with her...Took them to see Bee Movie the other day at the flicks

The potter movies vary, the second one in particular stands out as a really messy lashup.

Man on Fire was a good one time watch movie. A bit of a cheesy storyline and not Denzel's best... but definately worth the money to watch it once.

Matchpoint (hate to admit I've actually seen this one) was stupid... but then I think it was really more of a chick flick... wife like it if I remember correctly (she usually likes movies I think are crap)
