That was excellent. Was going to start a thread meself, but Biggy already did.
The new song sounded really good too, and there is deffo a sample in there, which bodes well for an evolving future. Roll on Summercase; might not that bad at all, musically.
I didn't see it, but did see them at Glastonbury in 1993 when they were the best fucking live band in the world. Really, I would gladly have died for them back then. They went shite later, but fuck me with a large bargepole, they were incredible.

Reckon I'd be able to get the video from anywhere? Of the broadcast I mean? I got booted off all the video-sharing sites for being a leach which, ironically, I only became after downloading some dumb films that I had no intention of watching from Jarvo in order to help his download ratio.

They were absolutely amazing.The new song LOVE IS NOISE is fantastic,sounds like one of those records that you put on in the car,and you end up putting a little too much pedal to the metal...erm. Would make a wicked dance track too.

No the gay disco was fine (a genre i like). But the verve, oasis etc still seem to be peddling the same pub rock anthems which people still dont seem to want to leave behind

Ah yes, the opinion of a man who clearly thinks the Verve did nothing else but the Urban Hymns singles.
I can't see many similarities between Oasis and The Verve. Oasis do songs, The Verve are more techno-like in the way they their tunes develop.

But then, you'd have to be a complete idiot to think that A Storm in Heaven or A Northern Soul are anything like any Oasis record.
