top 3 Soups

ive had various heinz soups,one each day at work and its confirmed my favs.

1 oxtail 2 spring veg 3 chicken noodle

i love oxtail with a big chunk of uncut bloomer bread to dip in

whats your's ? dont have to be heinz

Anyway, I prefer to make my own soup, so the soups I like making and eating the most are:

Minestrone Chicken and Sweetcorn Chicken and Vegatable

In fact, I might make a pot of soup tomorrow. I have a few chicken carcasees in the freezer, so thats my stock tkane care of...

Best tomato soup i ever had was in a restaurant in Ghent,Belgium!

surely convent garden soup is much more expensive than any drugs?? get on the chatroom if your grown up enough

my grandmother's homemade chicken noodle was the best; subsequent attempts to make it since she passed on haven't been quite the same.

tortilla soup (preferably homemade, but I also like the version that Soup Supreme puts out that does the job quite nicely on cold winter days).

black bean and rice would be third on my list, and just behind that would be the gazpacho at Cafe Soriah.

I make a fucking top Wild nettle soup. Although your soup does sound excellent as well Martin.

Heinz Tomato soup. Has anyone else noticed how it doesnt taste of Tomatoes at all?

I sometimes use it to make some pasta sauce, works quite well like that.

As for tinned soups, I'm more of a Baxters man myself.

Carrot and Butterbean. Med Vegetable. Cock a leekie.

Only tinned soup I touch is Heinz tomato, top three though are;

1. Boulliabasse, aioli and crunchy bread on the side.
2. Cullen Skink, is this a soup? If Liam can put down goulash this definitely counts.
3. Leek and potato,simple but effective.

Edit: Immediately after posting remembered Tom Yum Goong on a beachside restaurant in Koh Samui, Leek and potato must drop out.
