Anyone else hear about Gainesville, maryland that past a law stating that transgender men can use women's public bathrooms?

Wonder why Bonoshed has been missing lately? Not because of this I suspect, picking up new hobbies... but if I lived in Maryland, who knows what i would do...:evil4:

Failing at providing humour, or indeed any form of mental stimulation. Its just drivel which is utterly pointless, irrelevant and frankly dull.

Then again, that just sums you up. So i'm not surprised.

It's often occurred to me that the basic reasoning behind gender-specific toilets is that you don't have to piss in the presence of someone that might fancy you. So how do gay people fit into that.

Most swimming baths have mixed changing rooms though, so pubs might catch up soon.

What was the question again?

If they've had a sex change, I don't see any problem with that. Even if they haven't had a sex change, the transgendered person might feel more comfortable using the opposite sex's loo, so I don't see what the big deal it is.

The thread starter was trying to be funny. Unfortunately, he doesnt realise that most of the board doesnt live in a soceity where anyone slightly different (i.e. a pesky Liberal) isnt automatically made the subject of fun using toilet humour.

this coming from a person who only days ago didn't even know the difference between a vegetarian and a vegan.

Queer sexual identity = DOES NOT COMPUTE.

I know the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian... only noted the hypocrisy of people that choose to be vegetarians to 'save the animals'.

Thanks for getting in my head and explaining things:rolleyes:

ACTUALLY, I thought the story was a bit interesting and thought I would post it, the humor was secondary... but then I guess I'm the first one to do that on this board aren't I?
