i don't know about muse. but the rest  and hardly rocking

Little Richard?

(Keane are my new least favourite band, knocking Genesis off their multi-decade position at number one. They are positively mephitic)

me too. that 'bedshaped' one tugs at my heartstrings a bit, especially if it's late and i've had a bacardi breezer or two.

edit: apparently i'm not sufficiently up-to-date with keane's output to comment. beggin' yer pardon, sir.

They played after (or was it before?) New Order in Summercase 2006, so I've seen them live twice now (in Madrid and Barcelona)...

Can't say I was that keane... :)

Roy or Robbie? Lol, only joking, what do I have against Keane? Errm, not my particular type of music, end of.

I don't mind them all that much, first album has some decent songs on and the second one has one absolute cracker in Is It Any Wonder.

I didn't mind the single off their second album much, "Is It Any Wonder?".

If their new disc is consistent with "Spiraling", I would most happily give it a shot. Better than the CRAP we have to offer over here for "music". :dead:
