My mate just asked if I'd go online and try to get some Madonna tickets for her. So, being the good mate I am, I've had a go. And failed. But guess how much they are? Go on, have a quick guess.

£175 EACH to see a middle-aged divorcee stagger around the stage, miming to some of her shit old songs and slagging off her husband.

She can poke that up her 'fanny' and fuck off while she's doing it.

The shit bastered. There, I've said it.

Correction: including booking fee £188.75, with a £2.00 transaction fee per order.

You can only buy 6 tickets.

I am a MUG! Just paid £250 for two tickets while my friend shouted PLEEEEEEEEESE down the phone at me.

I feel hollow and abused. I need a drink of cider.

Seen Madonna twice. 2004, which was amazing, then again at Wembley last year. Had been watching Massive Attack in Manchester the previous Saturday. Free gig. One of the best gigs I have ever been too. Thursday, Madonna. 100 quid for the ticket. An hour late on stage. Piss poor sound quality throughout the show. Continuous flow of people leaving throughout show. Gig finishes just before last tube. 70,000 people head for last tube home. Tube closes. 70,000 people told to get bus. Bus strike. 70,000 people stranded in the biggest shit hole that is Wembley (Spurs fans you can shove Wembley up your arse - it's fucking wank)Get home at 4am, 5 hours after gig finishes, and a journey that should have taken me 40 mins.

Would I pay to see her again? No. Fucking. Chance. Her dancing days with me are done, although there were some good bits in the show.

You don't want to buy these tickets off me then?

Wouldn't pay 250 pence to see her :nonono:

So completely and utterly disconnected with reality and the musak is overrated.

Anyway, she's only going to use the money to jet to another third world country and bribe herself a few more kids from easily corruptible authorities.

Fucking hell I'm going to punt my tickets on ebay then.

You know what song I really love - I think we're alone now. Absolutely smashing drums at the end.

It's unlikely that she'll play that one though, it not being one of hers...

And Dave: like throwing a fucking sausage up Broadway!

I'm confused. I thought these were purchased for someone else, in the mode of "get us these on your platinum card you flash cunt and I'll square you on payday".

Now it seems they were bought as some kind of gift which is no longer required.....was oral sex promised in echange?

(easily) befuddled, Bangor.

Right enough she's sold the place in Scotland now, "where to next?" indeed!

No I bought them as a favour for an old friend who can't use the interwebs properly. Now I realise there's a fast buck in it, I'm keeping them.

I have always wanted to see Madonna, but it's probably just for the sake of seeing her.

I only really liked her stuff in the 80's and maybe one or two of her songs in the 90's.

I don't think an artist of her wealth should be commanding so much for her fans to see her. There are a lot of people out there who will never be able to afford that kind of money.

Personally, at £200 a ticket, I'd want her to come home and help me with my ironing afterwards.

That's something like what I said

Sorry, it's early!

No, the thing about the ironing. That's a bit like what I said when I saw the price of the tickets.
