Tomorrow, just after midday, the time and date will read 12:34:56 07/08/09

ive noticed its a friday dinner time.so if some special event and drink is on somewhere localish,i might finish work early and attend

12:34 is in the afternoon, 00:34 is in the middle of the night; 12:34:56 am 7/8/9 doesn't count.

They were quarters, and I am still short two of them. Surprised I still remember and keep an eye out after all this time?

I don't know why they say it's a thousand year thing. Surely it will happen every century? 2109 being the next one.
None of us will see it twice, anyway.

Main problem on my my end is I hardly ever use cash, and when ever I do, its usually the older quarters that turn up. I actually collected the other three once, but wife got ahold of them for her collection. She's been on the look out as well, but no such luck on those other three.

Not for Americans, and this thread is directed towards the alleged "unusual" time-keeping practices of Americans, after all.
