Do they have Coors Light outside North America?
I think Coors Light is beer for people who hate beer, doesn't taste good but tastes less like beer, so beer haters find it easier to swallow and pretend that they are having fun. Tastes like the dishwater that was used to wash beer glasses, maybe? I had a theory that they bottle the urine from university bar urinals and sell it as Coors Light but I can't prove it. Coors is especially despised in the Colorado rockies.
the vast majority of beers from the States are complete and utter crap...anything with the word light or lite in the name is shit...
anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot...
Depends on what climate you live in and what you are drinking for. When I lived in Oregon, the climate made it impossible to drink a Coors Light, and pale ales and porters tasted sweet. Moved to California climate, and though my favorite beers are pale ales, I have a hard time drinking more than two in a row, and Coors light are really good for quenching yer thirst on a hot, dry summer day working on the house, car or such.
If yer looking to enjoy a beer over a conversation, then Coors Light is out of the question regardless of climate.
Americans pull that whisky face even when they drink light beer.
And it's 'light' not 'lite'.
I used to like Bud Dry. Do they still do dry beer? Not sure what it meant, it certainly tasted wet to me.
Ice beer is much stronger and has a bit of taste to it.
You're miles better off with a mojito though.
If you'd like a cold, carbonated, slightly-- very, very slightly-- sweet water, it's your drink.

Are you kidding? Sure, the beer from the big companies like Budweiser and Miller is crap, but have you tried any of the dozens of fine microbreweries around the country?

I haven't seen either dry or ice beer in a while. I think they were both fads. I remember driving to Canada about 15 years ago to buy a case of Molsen Ice. :D

It's fucking minging mate! Nearly as bad as Budweiser, I had the displeasure of trying one of these a couple of weeks ago, spat it out instantly, luckily we were outside in the Garden.
Americans and Canadians cannot make a decent beer, having been over there and sampled quite a few with DoN, Jeff, Green and Brian I switched very quickly to Heineken (which was the only European beer on sale in Seattle!) this tells you exactly how bad the local brews were if I was drinking Heineken 
Of course it's shit, it's American. Perhaps I should have asked whether the choice of soundtrack for their latest advert was a wise one?

the Ice beers are still done, but not sure about the Drys...the Ice beers are usually found with the "ahem"..."discount" beers...you know...over by the Schlitz Malt Liquor....

That beer is the same cover as Twisted Tenderness, good enough reason for me to try it. Havnae seen it over here though Bruv......and if memory serves, was it not you who got me to taste that rubber tyre beer - singularly the most minging beer I've had the displeasure of tasting, yep, even worse than BUD!
Well Fat Tire is an Amber, if you don't like Ambers don't drink it Colin; same with American Pilsners. There are plenty of good beers out here, but you have to go with the style you like... I don't care for stouts much, so if all I drink are stouts in Engerland then Id say thier beer was crap too...
