Obvious.

I saw once John Hughes was to do a remake of the Breakfast Club, obviously this project was dropped, because it's now unlisted in IMDB.

jay & silent bob are characters in the kevin smith films, in one of them (dogma?) they try to find the place that 16 candles was filmed in

Yeah. Pretty in Pink is the best. Andrew McCarthy AND James Spader... Oh, yeah, Jon Cryer too. One of the many underappreciated actors.
