it seems that gary glitter was deported from cambodia just after christmas. to where, you ask? thailand! the words 'kid' and 'candy store' come to mind.
this guy should just eject himself into space, if cambodia won't even take him....

gary glitter was a glam rock star from the '70s. his most famous song is 'rock and roll part 2', which is played at every american football game, high school through professional (you know the one, guitars, then guys going 'heeeey'). anyway, in the late 1990s he was busted for possession of child porn and did several years in prison in the UK. when he was released he was, naturally, totally disgraced and moved with his wife to cuba.

Don't joke about things like that! When I was a very small boy...I vaguely knew Gary Glitter's son. I really feel sorry for him now (the son obviously, not his old man).

I must admit i liked his music but can never forgive him for his perverse nature.Needless to say he would never show his face in CHORLEY.
