Longest 24-Hour Bathtub Sail
The longest distance covered in 24 hours by paddling a bathtub on still water is 145.6 km. (90.5 miles), by 13 members of the Aldington Prison Officers' Social Club, Kent, England, from May 28 to 29, 1983.
Bowhead whale: thought to have the longest life-span of any mammal. It was previously thought humans lived longest until a bowhead whale was caught with two stone headed harpoon tips embedded in it's flesh in 1995, thus dating it at over 100 years of age, as stone headed harpoons were replaced in the late 1800's. New research suggests they could live up to the age of 200 years.

i found a box of cheerios "millenios" in a store a couple weeks ago. shouldn't those things have been removed from the shelves once the year 2000 hit?
