Now, there are a lot of options P.
If I could suggest my personal favourite, which involves carrots. Now, once suitably prepared, the carrots somehow adopt a beautiful taste different to their native taste.
Unfortunately I only consume rather than prepare this particular appetiser (or main meal). My bird has the magical methods.
In short, a liquidiser puts pay to the initial carrot shape, which I think is then entered into a slow burning pan with vegetable cream and milk for about 20. Its an easy fix and great for cold nights which you will have never experienced unless a space craft blotted out the sun in the early nineties (the hey day of space alien sightings).
Potato can be either added to this (and squashed up) or prepared standalone.
So carrot soup and potato soup seem to make the best soup I've ever tasted with the home cooking touch. Beautiful, extremely healthy and great with granular fresh bread. Again quite fortunately, my bird prepares her own bread.
Hope this helps.
Would you like me to post the proper way of doing it P?
