My favourite is a battle between "Soul Mining" and "Infected". And yours would be? P.S. I have left off the "Alive" and "Solitude" EP's and the unrealesed "Spirits", "The Pornography Of Despair" and "Gun Sluts" albums (although i have heard that Trent Reznor wants to release these on his "Nothing" label, we can only hope). Cheers.

I don't have any of their albums but I do have some mp3's and I can tell you that my fave song from them is by far "This is the day"! In fact, that song is in my top 10 of all time faves. "Kingdom Rain" with Sinead O'Connor is good too, and "Gravitate to me" and "Beat(en) Generation". I'm definitely gonna have to pick up some albums though. They are a little elusive to find but I'm sure well worth it. Matt always turns out good stuff!

I bought "Mind Bomb" because of Mr. Johnny Marr, but "Dusk" is the one that does me in every time...plus, i saw the tour, so bonus points there.

P.S. Opening act was The Cranberries...never before did a band turn to shit so quickly.

Oh, I don't know, I usually watch the THE THE VS. THE WORLD (my money's on the latter) video when I need my Matt-fix. Too bad The Residents first covered Hank, Sr. for more than a song at a time first.

i think 'dusk' is absolutely brilliant, and it's the one i listen to the most. as for songs, i'm partial to 'jealous of youth.' matt's voice is all over the place and it's such an unusual song. love it.

Wait... Now I remember, This is the day is not included, but the awful, amateur-ish That was the day. I'll change my vote to "Soul mining". After all, as I said in another thread, it was the first LP I ever bought!

Technically speaking yes, but it's re-release on Epic/CBS is under the "The The" monicker...

The The is made up of one person, Matt Johnson, so all The The albums are solo really.
