Anyone heard if The O Magnificent Ones are planning on heading down under to promote the new album????? Last time here, Get Ready, they only played festivals and one samll club gig, which sold out in a day or two in each capital city.

Not highly likely. Consider yourself lucky that they came at all for the last album and played several shows. We're only getting a few shows in the U.S., so don't look for a major tour of every little place you want them to play. Besides, I can't imagine NO being able to fill much more than a small club outside of major cities down Oz way anyway.

Either way, you could still get tickets. We didn't have any for the Hordern Pavillion but bought them off a Manc (I kid you not - a Manc!) tout outside for face value, I think, or just over.
Wouldn't exactly call the three biggest cities in Australia as LITTLE places! They played the Big Day Out (Festival) in Melbourne, Sydeny and Brisbane. Each of these cities had 1 gig, apart from the BDO. The Melbourne show sold out witithin days!!!!! Certainly big enough of a fan base for a larger venue!

Brisbane didn't get its own gig, just the Gold Coast BDO.
