Not really, but then I wouldn't have thought New Order were bigger than the Streets at the moment either.

Yup. I'm concerned that there may be a mass exodous from the NME stage after The Streets. Could be a bit embarrasing.....

The whole running order is a bit odd. As I said, Keane and The Foo Fighters getting a higher billing than The Killers is strange to say the least. They're probably the biggest band around with "the kids" at the moment.

does anyone recommend any of the smaller bands playing in the x tent or futures on saturday afternoon?

Yes. Editors on The Futures Stage. Keep yer Hard-Fi and LCD Soundsystems, I reckon this lot will blow up bigger than both. And they sound like Joy Division!

Third top in the running order which shouldn't clash with NO.

Probably on your side though, because I never heard of them.

Got a revised stage time list e-mailed to me. James Brown is now headlining the King Tuts stage so the Doves are now on between 8 and 9 which is handy. New Order also listed as a 9.30 and not 9.20.

Does anyone know if any of this festival, especially NO, is being broadcast/webcast? I've searched but came up with nothing. Cheers.

If James Brown is a sex machine, I am the Pope and the Dalai Lama in the same pair of underpants.

in that case I think we can safely say you are neither the pope nor the dalai lama, not in anyone's underpants
