I've got a ticket for this, but does anyone else? Slightly worried that I'll be the only Order fan in town and the young 'uns will just point and laugh....

Sorry Fradders, not doing this one. Got a Digital gig the night before (Kilburn, all you pop pickers), and then it's off to Punchestown on the Sunday morning.
Hmmmmm. Seeing as all the 'big lads' might not be in the proverbial area, perhaps I should leave the mocked-up St George's flag at home as well....

It's not so much the English flag, if Fradders puts STOKE through it then he'll have more than just the Jocks to contend with.

I'm goin courtesy of Tennent's. I'm in and out though. Not making a day of it. And considering the amount of bams you see on the TV highlights every year fallin about in the mud full o' bevvy and pills I'd leave any Eng-Er-Land flags safely at home.
Cant wait now, managed to get my hands on a T in the park ticket. So who is going and does anyone want to meet up? Then its a trip over the water to exegen the next day.what a life.

I'll be there, but not got a ticket yet .. how much did you pay?
Is everyone on the Aer Lingus 14.30 flight on the Sunday? Seems the best call.
Johnny Giles wrote: Graham /Gerry - whats the best way to T from Glasgee Intl airport ?
Im not too sure, but i presume there will be buses running from the Buchanan bus depot in the city out to the site. Getting from the airport to the the city will be easy enough, there are plenty of buses and trains.

No problem Mark, booked in The Buchanan - £115 for me and Lorraine.
Hi John,
That's a pretty hefty price for The Buchanan. If you can cancel it, here's a better option.... £69 per room, bang in the centre, only built 4 years ago and Hooky stayed there when he was up!!!
Dunno why my links aren't coming up in blue (?). Anyhow, here's another, £49 a night 5 minutes down Bath Street from Bewleys. Again, nice gaff. Type Glasgow in the search box
so does anyone want to meet at t in the park? im not sure how it will be possible. i wont be getting the regular bus, my local pub is putting a bus on, but my town is too out of the way to suggest anyone comes to it to get the bus.
i hope they do world in motion
i'd sing my head off, then prob get it knocked off
cant go glasgow before so hope there going to be a meet inside there as well
Premier travel inn have rooms 45 per eve available falkirk east/west near to gig, I have a family room all to myself...but then again I might find room for 90,000 drunken scots in it, do my bit for the homeless!!
Hope there is a meet int' park unable to reach Glasgow, any ideas? Really excited now, top line up! ![]()
Bit of a tip---went t in park last year.THE BARS SHUT BEFORE 9.new order prob be on around 9.15.so i'll be drinking the barcardi tent dry from 7

New Order 21.20 - 22.40
Saturday
Main Stage 13.30-14.20 Beautiful South 14.30-15.30 Joss Stone 16.00-16.50 Audio Slave 17.10-18.00 Embrace 18.30-19.30 Killers 20.00-21.00 Keane 21.30-23.00 Foo Fighters
NME Stage 16.10-17.00 O Boys 17.20-18.10 Jimmy Eat World 18.30-19.30 Coral 20.00-21.00 Streets 21.20-22.40 New Order
King Tuts 16.10-16.50 Suzzane Vega 17.00-17.50 Rooster 18.10-19.10 Dizzee 19.20-20.00 Futureheads 20.10-21.00 James Brown 21.20-22.40 Doves
Excellent. My two favourite bands playing at the exact same time at stages which are the opposite end of the field!
Seen the Doves twice in the last six months both of which were below par. Saw NO in Barca and it fuckin' rocked....not much of a debate I suppose.
And who put Keane ahead of The Killers on the main stage?!!!!!!!
Both equally as weak in my opinion but at least my burd (and 99% of the Scottish female contingency) will be happy that she/they got to see one band she/they like!
