first you need to host them: imageshack is a good site. you can upload them from your hard drive onto the site.

second: you need to use the bottom link on imageshack to link them to NOOL (click on the image button on the left when you're replying to or starting a thread and just cut and paste the link from imageshack).

then your pictures should appear. if all goes well.

i hope that made sense and didn't sound like a load of rubbish.
