Well by now, everything has been said and every name has been mentioned, but I still want to give my two-penneth!
Apart from the bouncers issue, the gig and pre and post meets were excellent. Lovely to meet everyone again or for the first time.
I was lucky that being on the front row, meant I got away with dancing at the barrier all night. I must admit I must have looked a bit of a t** to the 'ordinary' punters when I was the only person jumping up and down infront of Barney for an hour, but I got a great view and there was no pushing! Will admit the atmosphere did improve when Hooky's brave words allowed others to escape from the shackles of their seat and join in. If I see Hooky again close up, he will get a big thank you from me.
Who was the mad man who was trying to convince me that Roger Lyons was a woman and Hooky's dyed his hair brown - don't know what you had, but stay off it!!
I agree PhD is one good thing about Liverpool, not that there aren't many more, I've just never found them in my few brief trips there.
Thanks to everyone who let me fondle them with a wet dishcloth whilst applying the Viking 'tattoos'!
Think the Perfect Kiss balloon is a new NO marketing tool for whoever asked about it, far too big to be carried by a fan, think it was wider than I am tall!
Barney seems to have given up the Adidas trainers for beige suede Hush Puppy type shoes! Maybe they do something for his dancing.

I thought Hooky handled that whole situation brilliantly. He made them looks like the arseholes they were and refused to let it spoil his night.
If there was one good thing about the girls in yellow, it was that it inspired a heroic performance on that bass. A classic display of controlled agression as he strangled and beat it around the stage; aiming it at the bouncers like a trooper. A performance like that can only end by chucking it to the ground and stamping on it.
The band were as good I've ever seen them - really tight. Hooky stole the show though.

Also had a great time in the slaughterhouse pub spoke to some really sound people Missy Jem, Monty,Dave Legge, JAK, Andrew Sawyer, Old Monkey and also meet Chrissmari on the train back to Manchester hope to see you all again in Blackpool.
spot on nite best live gig we've been to in ages - too long, only seen em once before at readin in 94 i think but totally blew me away - cracking. not too impressed with the yellow coats though, whats the hells all that about then, saying i was putting peoples lives at risk for having a smoke, yes my own, fools

Just a quick post to say THANK YOU to the cast of thousands for helping make this a brilliant night for me and my boy. He feels like a true Viking now.
He also managed to get me back to the hotel safe and sound - I only incurred minor cuts and bruises.

Personally, i thought it was crap. Stuck next to regret and 24 hours, and Krafty (i think) just shows how FUCKING SHIT Working Overtime really is. I thought a gig in a tent would be quite good, but the whole place just had the atmosphere sucked out of it.
Perfect Kiss sounded alright. But other than that, the only thing the gig made me do was seriously reconsider whether the Wembley gig is worth it.

Er, I thought everyone already knew that Wembley "won't be worth it"??? It will be shit, but we'll all still be there, dancing "aggressively".....

The meetup was cool, was a tad wasted, the porch of the Slaughterhouse could tell you that too.

Big shout out to everyone else I saw, can't really remember names and cheers to the guy who got me a pint, who I can't remember either. Monty was also cool, especially for a Morrissey lookalike. 
The gig was good, didn't really want to hear Working Overtime, but glad they played YSF, 24 Hours [seemed shortened] and WFTSC. Managed to get to the front after Hooky shouted at the security, so rushed forward with a few others. Wasn't expecting the drumstick to be thrown at me during TPK, almost caught it but it fell out my hand. That sucks. I woke up sans hangover, still invicible.
For my first New Order gig, it was quite good, shame about security.
My nomination for Man of the Match goes to Marc for a trully impressive recovery. Marc looked likely to pass out and miss the gig altogether at one point - not an easy position to recover from.

I got thrown out, and then got back in somehow, only to be spotted and marched out again. However, someone threw a glass of red wine right into the bouncers face, and in the melee I escaped again!!!
Strange night, can't remember much else but TPK was great. And hooky was a hero.

Enjoyed the gig some songs were disappoining,security guards were twats good on Hooky for having ago. The atmesphere was great was nearer the front and no it was not me who was farting he he,got tickets for Wolves and i cant wait just hope they play some different songs.
