it's definitely one of my two favorites, the other being The Jesus & Mary Chain's Psychocandy.

The Stone Roses' debut is pretty damn good, too. as well as the Happy Mondays' and The Velvet Underground (& Nico)'s.

mmm...Unknown Pleasures is a pretty good album. But Closer is better (barely).
