Yeah, but it is this sort of question that crosses the line. The subject was raised a year or so ago as well - check the archives. It doesn't matter (or at least shouldn't) to the fans what they drive or where they live. Planning on sending them a christmas card ?
Yes, I know exactly where at least two of them live and their cars. I've never met them, and actually, I don't really want to. If they want to see me they'll sell tickets. But, in a less tetchy fashion, where they live and what they do when they're not on stage is their business, and I'll leave them to it.

hooky lives in a one man tent outside the old afflecks palace building in manchester,sometimes living with a guy called john bogle in an old b reg ford sierra .
barney lives with shaun ryder in an old converted crack house somewhere in salford!

I always thought people interested in knowing where you stayed and what kind of car you drove was part of the price of fame... Anyhow, I have read of Barney having a Mercedes Jeep, a BWW z3 and also a big Merc (though not all at the same time) Hookey I read had a BMW (about 20 years ago) and most recently he had a TVR and Mistsubishi Shogun. The other two?????

Whilst I wholeheartedly agree that it's none of anyones business, a look at the "Shorts" compliation vid shows what they used to drive. In it you can see Hooky's mark 2 Jag and his Ford Granada, and also Sav's burgundy Karman Ghia (looks like a squashed Beetle). A note on the credits says something about "vehicles furnished by Hook and Gretton".
