Things you couldn't do to New Order

We said this a lot of times on this board, there's a lot of occasions to put a New Order record (a wedding, seducing a girl, a funeral...)

But is there some things you couldn't do a New Order song. I mean, if I want to give my girl a massage, I don't think I'll put New Order on.

I normally put some music on when I go to bed (by myself that is)..I don't find NO the best thing to try to sleep to, maybe some Royskopp or something like that instead

It's a little distracting trying to study while listening to New Order, but if I'm just reading something then I'm good. Also, I doubt anyone would have a formal dinner party with NO on the soundtrack (though that would make it more interesting)

I think putting a New Order record on while giving your girl a massage is the best you can do! Imagine, the pumping beat of f.i. Blue Monday while you are working your way down her.. I'll better stop now.

Yes - I mean, how can anybody have a good long wank to a New Order song? Unthinkable? Impossible! If that sounds unfeasible, Imagine doing likewise to shite like Oasis!!

Actually, I don't know why I bothered replying to this one: some of the threads on this board are just plain silly.

I don't know about a dinner party, but we did have after-party for my city's theater and arts awards at my house. Many fancy people. I picked out all the music before hand and burned some CDs. I considered my "flamboyant theater guests" when making my selections. However, knowing that I would go insane, I also stuck some New Order, the Smiths, and the Cure in there. 1963, Regret, Run, the super freakishly extended BLT were played and people seemed to like it.

you couldn't put them in a box & post them to easter island- not at those postal rates, & even if you could you'd have to have a special box with breathing holes, 3 power points, an assault course & a large amount of cheeseburgers. plus you would have to do it soon or you'd miss the last postal date for xmas.
