Muffy, I apologize. I hadn't seen this conversation until now, and I feel obliged to come to your rescue. I have to agree. Slow Jam is the best song on the album. After seeing it get trashed by all these so-called New Order/Joy Division fans, I listened to it yet again, trying to figure out what possibly could be wrong with it. And after I listened to it again, I said to myself, "Nope. They're completely wrong. This is really good." I don't see what's so terrible. And what's amazing to me is that we could differ so much. I mean, here I think it's the best song, while others say its the worst. Go figure. And as far as that "arithmetic" line is concerned, I think it's funny. I laughed the first time I heard it. Go Barney.

Actually I now enjoy it. When I started my business I managed my own accounts so when it came to the 'real world' I had to do it. At school though, I was good at English and poor at Maths. Sorry to disappoint you Pats but the old Hunts has his flaws. Still, I make up for what I'm not good at by eating plenty of snacks.
