some of the Rest of was pretty good, quite relaxing & soothing. Where else can I find NO remixes? Thanks in advance.

I'm sure you can find lots of them on soulseek or WinMX, not that I condone downloading music from a P2P source...some people have said it might be illegal...but I'm not a lawyer...maybe you should as one of the lawyers on here...
12" vinyl,CD singles,Retro and if you ask nicely,im sure people on here can put something your way.
Of course unallowed music download is illegal and could bring you investigation and heavy fines, but it's also morally justifiable, certainly if you can't easily buy the stuff (some mixes and live tracks are pretty rare), but also if you already buy records and can't spend more than 60 dollars a month for music and yet you wanna hear other stuff.
I'm a 16 year old living in California - money and NO awareness is low. If someone could point me to a site where I can get remixes (for money or otherwise) via email I would appreciate it.
If I were you I'd take a look on eBay for some New Order singles (www.ebay.co.uk too). To be honest, with (the rest of) you've discovered most of the band's best remixes anyway, with stuff like World (Perfecto), Blue Monday (Hardfloor), TBHOG (Biff & Memphis), Reunited In A Day, Regret (Fire Island) etc. They're all there really! The BLT mix is awful though, and Age of Consent is pretty boring IMO. The Republic singles contain some of the best NO remixes such as the Brothers In Rhythm stuff, the US maxi single of Spooky is brilliant as well (9 mixes). However avoid the "Limited Edition" Ruined in a day CD single as it contains 5 practically identical reggae-influenced mixes, that are absolute howlers 
(and I like reggae!)
Here are some singles to look out for:
- Spooky (US Maxi Single) - Stadium Mix, New Order in Heaven mix worth a listen.
- Ruined in a day (UK CD Single) - Ambient Mix + Vicious Circle (Mike Hass Mix) are very nice mixes.
- World (UK CD Single) - Brothers in Rhythm mix + Perfecto Edit are pretty good versions.
- True Faith-94 (UK CD Single) - Perfecto Mix, essential listening as it is the adopted New Order live version.
- Round & Round (Facd 263 single) - 12" Hauge mix very good + Making Out Mix of Vanishing Point is quite mellow.
There are a good few New Order remixes I enjoy that are not so widely available unfortunately :(, indeed mostly I only own them in MP3 form ripped from vinyl or ultra rare promo CDs. Nice if you can find these:
- True Faith-94 [Eschreamer Mix]
- Someone Like You [Gabriel + Dresden 911 Vocal Mix]
- 1963 [Joe T. Vanelli Light Mix]
- Confusion [Con-om-fus-ars-ion]
- Touched by the Hand of God [Touched by the Hand of Bias Remix]
- World in Motion [1996 Mark Bell Remix]

I suggest buying Substance... you have all full versions of songs from 1980 to 1987.
If you really want remixes, then aim the Rest Of album, or Retro.

I`ve never come across some of these before,just type in New Order in the quicksearch. Some of them have MP3 soundbytes available.
While most people hated (the rest of) NewOrder, it does contain the best remixes of the Republic era...
For somebody who doesn't have the singles, it's a good start.
Just avoid Confusion/BLT/AgeOfConsent and you'll be ok ;)
you know... I actually liked the mix of Age of Consent
and it kinda got my g/f into NO.... well it at least peaked her interest (as I don't have that big of a collection, just some cd's and a few 12"s)
