Introducing myself

Hi, Onliners, my name is Ben....though you can call me by the nickname I was given at school - "Todd Bendy" - if you like [our Yorkshire humour I s'pose . That's Todd because of "Sweeney Todd" ], I won't mind the least. This is the first time I've checked out the site and it looks pretty cool - so much information to browse through, I've only seen a couple of other New Order-related sites, but they just don't appear to be a extensive as this one.

It would be great if some of you more established members can give me some introductions to yourselves and tell me the type of people who frequent these message boards (presume they are all sad New Order obsessives through and through, myself included, of course!)

Yeah - thanks Muffy - good idea, though, pardom me for my ignorance, seeing as I've only just logged in yesterday, how do you go about changing your name to use an alias? I've noticed a lot of the poeple here do likewise - such as Keeper Of major Key and Buster Klumpy. Any tips would be most welcome!!

Click FAN CLUB and edit profile, I think.

Nope, it's click NewOrderOnline then account management.

Click on the banner neworderonline top right of the screen, then scroll down to account management and finally click on edit account information.

Yeah....do you mean TODD RUNDGREN?? Cos if you do, I think he's an underrated genius in some ways. I have one of his records - "Something/Anything?" that a friend introduced me to...I never realised he was the one who did that famous song in the 70's "I Saw The Light" - what a great song! He also wrote that song the Isley Brothers covered: "Hello It's Me", and more shocking still, produced Meat Loaf's "Bat Out Of Hell"
