I'm new to this excellent site aswell

Hi everyone. Logged on for the 1st time a few weeks ago - betterthan any NO/JD ETC... around.

Anyway if you bother to see my profile you will notice that I am older than the average devotee on here (I think). I saw JD back in the late 70's and saw most of their gigs in London ditto for New Order including the highly emotional night at Heaven. Nevertheless not one to dwell on the past, I just went to all 3 nights at Brixton and they are still as good now as they they were then (they are not so miserable now though.)

I enjoy this site, its very informative. But - and this a big But - I posted this question a few days ago with no reply (I will keep this brief) A final Solution day out with new order to a secret location circa 1982. It was cancelled and to this day I do not know where we were supposed to be going, it was rumoured to be a castle in Wales and the grounds were flooded, so anybody who can help solve this mystery (to me anyway)it will be much appreciated. Christine this sites top dollar... full of hardcore New Order fettlers of all ages, shapes and unreasonable sizes... provided your a freak you'll do just swell.

I did see you post your aged teaser a few days ago and was also keen to see some response... your best bet is either El Jarvo, Smuff Box or a couple of the old timers that can be seen between meals and usually after 2pm on any given Tuesday.

Is it possible that the band simply elected to go to the chip'oil instead of a gig?... just a thought. Well anyway if your patient somebody will take your question and hopefully give you an answer that will put your mind at rest... I'll wager a tenner you'll have a satisfactory answer by the end of the week... and if you haven't... I'll eat my own eye.
