Ok I have a $25 gift certificate to amazon. I like the NO mp3s i have so I want to buy an album. What do you people recommend for me to get? Mr Disco, 1963, Regret, All Day Long, Special and Age of Consent are my favorite of the mp3s that i have so anything in that direction... thanks :)

get yourself substance and power corruption & lies to start with then take it from there

- Substance
- Technique
- Power Corruption & Lies
- Republic
- Low Life
- Movement
I would start at the begginning, other than Substance, that is what I did. It helped me understand the evolution of the group from its Joy Division roots to the present day. However, for the songs you mentioned...hmm
Start off with Substance, then look for Technique, Low-Life, or Power, Corruption, and lies.

after i bought substance, if i went straight to movement it might've put me off the band to tell you the truth!

I know some people that did the same thing and never listened to NO again!!
first album i bought was Before & After: New Order & Joy Division....... which is actually just the 1987 BBC show and the JD BBC sessions in one fancy package for us americans.... but that live New Order show is great, i love it, the second new order album i bought was another live one, a bootleg from france called Thieves Like Us: Live New York 1983...
the third new order album i bought was the best of, and the owner of the store gave me 20yrs of new order for free cus they had too many in stock 
What to get first depends on which type of tracks you prefer (I see you've already bought the CD's but I'm going to post anyway).
I prefer the more electronic tracks, so Get Ready, Techique and Republic would be suggestions for that. If you prefer the older sound, the JD albums or PCL might be a better idea
PC&L is about as electronic as it gets. Age of Consent and Leave Me Alone are about the only "acoustic" tunes on the album. Get Ready is less electronic than the others, a return to a simpler sound.
I would have said 'Unknown Pleasures' and work your way forward (or backward, depending on your opinion) from there...
