For the 500th post I thought I'd come up with something special, but this is all I could do.
Ok how many times have New Order songs been used in Commercials and for which products?
I'll start it off:
Sunkist - Blue Monday Ford Falcon (AU) - Slow Jam
Any more?
I've seen Regret for a radio station, but that's a bit easy, I guess there are tons of these, that and movie ads.
Bizarre Love Triangle - Molson Dry Beer (Canada)
Lifestyle Sports "Cinderella" campaign - Crystal
That ad got huge airplay before the last world cup, and it had no words, just Barney's vocals.
I think BLT was used for a Canadian whiskey commercial, and don't forget Ron, that "60 Miles An Hour" has been used countless of times on "Sports Tonight" updates.
Not a direct use but the MG advert that appears every time football on sounds rather like Dead Souls.
ceremony is currently being used in the shark tail trailer and who could forget the bbc 100 greatest world cup goals backed by "love vigilantes" 
And of course Monaco WDYWFM is the signature tune of TodayFM, and always has been. Ads also used to have Tom Dunne (their alternative music presenter, Irelands John Peel) say something like "Welcome to Pet Sounds, and now Monaco", or something like that, whilst Pottsy was shalalalalaing

elegia was used on granada reports when brazil got knocked out of world cup an 90,is showed their fans in tears in slow mo,it was quality

It also got used on Sky Sports Football for a while in midweek. I've heard New Order & spinoffs on numerous TV programs / adverts, can't remember them all!
Their music was used in 1989,when some band had (revolutionary at the time) adverts for their new album called "Technique".

back to the commercial topic..
i went to south korea in 2002 and i saw a commercial of a flavoured water called "O2" or something like that in a kfc. what brought to my attention was that it used new order's confusion ( but actually blade remix if my memory serves) as its background music. the commercial itself was a bit boring. just a girl dancing on a dance floor. i actually bought the water but i didn't like it. :p
could any korean please confirm this for me? i just saw the commercial once and cannot make sure.

The entire album? I knew about "Making Out", the early inst. of Vanishing Point...but n'er heard of the whole LP being used...
I'm sure I remember most of the tracks being used as background music throughout the series.

Also, Ian Dempsey (Morning DJ on Today FM) uses the intro to Regret as his signature piece so you are guaranteed to hear it 10 times a day!

I was listening one day when their Radioman crashed and it went onto a loop of WDYWFM....
We've just had a new version of the Ford Falcon ad, the one with Slow Jam, as the car has been updated. As the driver stars the car he selects song number 6. Nice touch. I checked out Get Ready, and yes its the right song number.
