It was easy in my household, as all of my brothers and sisters are into NO as well, though I'm the only JD fan on the bunch. Most amazingly, my Mother is a member of THIS very website...though not as active as her eldest son.

I had bought Blue Monday in 1983 but that was as far as my interest went until one Saturday my bro came home from town with a newly purchased Power,Corruption And Lies.He put it on the stereo and from the opening bars of Age Of Consent my life was forever changed by this awesome sound.That was it - no other band came close in the feelings that sound inspired in my imagination and attitude.So really it was Age Of Consent that got me into the Order rather than Blue Monday which i had actually bought first.
